Depression Sucks, But The Meds Are Groovy

So yeah, after 38 years, I'm finally starting to figure out all this mental health crap. About time, I guess. I'm starting to feel like a human being, but a human being that lost most of his 20s and 30s to depression and ADHD. Is it too late to have a happy childhood?
