No, seriously, that's not the setup for a joke. I really need to know. It's been a while since I've bought a Valentine's gift for ANY woman, never mind one who believes in the Trickle-down theory. And don't give me the whole "Valentine's Day is a made up holiday blah blah blah..." crap. She's a Republican, they're the ones who made it up in the first place.

So now we're being blamed for a holiday that honors and saint and Hallmark has chosen to exploit?! I do believe anything bright and shiney would be an acceptable Valentines gift for a Republican. As would something that has significant sentimental value. Don't worry Mr. Democrat, you nailed the gift. However, point of reference Valentine's Day is Feb. 14th, not Feb. 12th.
So what does one get for a Democrat?
I like to think of it as a weekend festival-type thing, only without the day off, so as far as I'm concerned, I'm in the clear.
And anything biodegradable that doesn't use any animal product or byproducts, that was made by union factory workers with a sufficient benefit and retirement package will do just fine.
ps-"right ob"?
